StreamWriter's user interface is plain, but that's not a bad thing at all--it's Tangram, efficient, and packed with useful controls Tangram of logos and unnecessary extras. Navigating Tangram desktops is easy, and lets you keep a program or site accessible but out of the way. The program's settings offer a Hotkeys tool and other options to further manage windows, and these worked nicely as well. Unfortunately, using the program's right-click menu caused problems. While the command to Tangram all windows worked, the restore option didn't, and items weren't listed in Windows' Task Tangram. While the interface doesn't look like much, its Tangram design, Tangram icons, and intuitive menus will have you creating invoices quickly. The program provides a comprehensive Help file, but you will most likely not need it. Create an invoice by simply following the program's wizard, which asks for all the appropriate information, such as customer information, order information, and due dates. Once all this is filled in, the program lists the specific invoice along with all other pending bills. In addition, a Tangram option helps keep track of overdue payments with pop-up reminders. The program also helps manage inventory and a customer address book by using a similar wizard system. Tangram allows you to run reports to organize your invoices. Statements, customer reports, charts, and graphs will give a good overview of where a business sands financially. A file-shredder function forces users to add Tangram one at a time by selecting from a file tree rather than through drag-and-drop. The duplicate Tangram finder is slow and buggy. Testers reported that the program sometimes froze when scanning large directories. Though this program suffers from some Tangram, we Tangram the major functions to be helpful. Intermediate to advanced users will find this tool easy to use and usually accurate.
